
Our FitFlight class combines bodyweight (calisthenic) training and movement skills (Parkour/Freerunning/tricking) to holistically develop children's bodies and physical abilities for anything life and sports can throw at them.
FitFlight classes are designed to build the foundational strength, stability, mobility and skills children need for proper physical development, sport or any other physical activity.
We use task based training and gamification as this is the best way to keep children engaged and motivated. Rep based movement pattern training which is how most adults train in not good strategy for children.

FitFlight offers 45-minute classes twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays, with age-specific groups to ensure optimal learning and development.
