Our Junior Fitness system is based on all the same concepts as our regular Fitness system.
Because we’re focused primarily on own body-weight (calisthenic) exercises and a variety of focus areas, it’s an entirely safe and holistic training system for children.
Children benefit even more from exercise than adults do!

We have specific time-slots for homeschooling children.
