In this workshop, we teach women (16+) about the 7 principles we use in our regular EvoFight Krav Maga training.
We use drills to reinforce these principles so it’s not just theoretical but also practical. Principles give you building blocks to handle different scenarios by simply combining them in different ways.
When a scenario dictates the particular use of a set of principles, we call that a self-defence technique. We do however not focus on just the technique, as that would leave you with very little skill to take away from the workshop.
